Our programmes may include live online classes, Zoom classes, recorded lessons, digital learning materials, project-based activities, consultation sessions, and other educational services.
2. Eligibility
Our programmes are designed for learners aged 7–25. For learners below 18 years old, registration, payment, communication, and consent must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.
By registering a child for our programmes, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the authority to do so and agree to these Terms on behalf of the learner.
3. Programme Information
We aim to provide accurate and updated information on our website. However, programme structure, class format, learning outcomes, schedules, teachers, and learning materials may be updated from time to time to improve the learning experience.
Programme details shared on the website are for general information. Parents or learners are encouraged to book an appointment with our course advisor to understand the most suitable programme before enrolment.
4. Online Classes
All MIRAI School classes are conducted online unless stated otherwise.
Students are responsible for preparing the necessary learning devices, internet connection, software access, and a suitable learning environment. MIRAI School will not be responsible for any disruption caused by the student’s device, internet connection, or external technical issues beyond our control.
5. Booking an Appointment
Our website allows parents or learners to book an appointment or contact us via WhatsApp to understand our programmes.
Submitting an enquiry or booking an appointment does not automatically confirm enrolment. Enrolment is confirmed only after registration requirements are completed and payment, if applicable, has been received and verified.
6. Fees and Payment
Course fees are not displayed on the website. Fees, payment terms, and package details will be shared during consultation or registration.
All fees must be paid according to the payment instructions provided by MIRAI School. We reserve the right to withhold access to classes, materials, or services if payment is incomplete, delayed, rejected, or not verified.
7. Student Conduct
Students are expected to attend classes on time, participate respectfully, complete assigned tasks, and follow the instructions of teachers or facilitators.
Students must not:
- Disrupt the class intentionally;
- Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content;
- Record or distribute class content without permission;
- Share login links, class links, materials, or recordings with unauthorised parties;
- Use MIRAI School platforms or materials for illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purposes.
MIRAI School reserves the right to suspend or remove a student from a class or programme if the student’s behaviour affects the learning environment or violates these Terms.
8. Attendance and Missed Classes
Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes. If a student is unable to attend, parents or learners should inform us in advance where possible.
Replacement classes, recordings, or alternative arrangements are subject to programme type, teacher availability, and MIRAI School’s discretion. Missed classes due to personal reasons may not automatically qualify for replacement, refund, or extension.
9. Learning Outcomes
MIRAI School aims to help students build AI, Coding, Robotics, problem-solving, creativity, and project-based learning skills. However, learning progress and outcomes may vary depending on the student’s attendance, effort, age, learning readiness, practice, and consistency.
We do not guarantee specific academic results, competition results, certification outcomes, income outcomes, or career outcomes.
